SH77 Terms and Conditions: Clear Rules for Safe Betting

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SH77, available at sh77.click, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and all other policies published on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not create an account or use the services of SH77.

Continued use of the platform after changes to these Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated versions. The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this document. We recommend reviewing the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of this document shall be submitted to the courts of the jurisdiction where the operational headquarters of the SH77, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To create and maintain an account on SH77, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information on the registration form.
• Not appearing on any gambling self-exclusion list in Brazil.
• Not being an employee, partner, service provider, or close relative of a staff member of the SH77.

2.2 Registration Process

Registration is free and can be completed on the SH77. At the time of registration, you will provide your full name, email address, CPF, date of birth, and password. The SH77 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity at any time, especially before processing withdrawals above established limits.

2.3 One Account per User

Each individual may hold only one active account on SH77. Duplicate accounts, identified by matching CPF, email address, phone number, IP address or banking details, will be closed and any pending balances, including bonuses, may be cancelled. 3. Account Use

3.1 Account Access Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — email and password — confidential, and for all activity carried out under your account. The SH77 is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's failure to protect their login credentials.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by a third party, notify SH77 immediately. The platform may temporarily suspend account access for a security investigation without prior notice if there is any indication of suspicious activity.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

Users of SH77:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology that interferes with the normal operation of the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical, odds, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing arbitrage bets — betting on opposing outcomes across different platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of the result — when the intent is to circumvent bonus requirements.
• Sharing account access with third parties or transferring the account for use by another person.
• Using the account for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Providing false information at any stage of registration or identity verification.

3.3 Data Updates

Users must keep their registration details up to date, especially their email address, mobile number, and banking information for withdrawals. The SH77 is not responsible for payment delays caused by outdated or incorrect information provided by the user.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

The SH77 accepts the following deposit methods, all exclusively in BRL (R$):

• Pix: instant confirmation, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. The recommended method for users who want to bet faster.
• Boleto bancário: settlement period of up to 1 business day after payment. Available at any bank or lottery outlet.
• Credit and debit card: of the main card brands accepted in Brazil. Processing may take a few minutes to confirm.
• PicPay: quick confirmation via digital wallet.
• Mercado Pago: processing time similar to Pix for accounts with available balance.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00 per transaction. The SH77 does not charge fees on deposits, but any fees levied by the user's financial institution are the user's own responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals at SH77 are processed exclusively via Pix, to the key registered on the user's account. The name on the Pix key must match the CPF registered on the account — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00.

The standard processing time is up to 15 minutes after the request is approved, seven days a week. Withdrawals that require additional identity verification or that exceed automatic processing limits may take up to 24 business hours to complete. The SH77 reserves the right to request additional documentation (government-issued ID, CPF, proof of address) for withdrawals that trigger internal security protocols.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All amounts on the SH77 are expressed and processed exclusively in Brazilian Reais (BRL, symbol R$). The SH77 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. International transfers are not accepted as a deposit method.

5. Sports Betting

5.1 Bet Acceptance

The SH77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, particularly in cases of: technical errors in the odds, suspected match manipulation, breach of conduct rules, or exceptional circumstances that compromise the integrity of the event. In the event of an obvious error in the published odds, the SH77 may cancel bets placed based on those incorrect values, returning the staked amount to the user's balance.

5.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result announced by the event's governing body (CBF, CONMEBOL, Volleyball World, NBB, etc.). In the event of a protest or result revision after settlement, the SH77 may reverse the settlement if the competent governing body changes the official result within 72 hours of the event's conclusion.

5.3 Cancelled or Postponed Events

If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours from the original time published on the platform, bets will be settled as void and the staked amount returned to the user's balance. Events that take place within the 24-hour window will be settled normally based on the official result. For competitions such as Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Superliga de Vôlei, and Liga das Nações, sport-specific rules can be found in the Sports Rules section of the platform.

5.4 Live Betting

Live bets are temporarily suspended during key moments of each event — goals, penalties, red cards, set changes in volleyball — to allow odds to be updated. The SH77 is not responsible for any data transmission delays that may result in bets being placed based on outdated information. Bets confirmed before the odds are suspended will be honored as normal.

6. Casino & Games

6.1 Game Availability

The SH77 offers a selection of online casino games, including slots, crash games (such as Aviator and Spaceman), live roulette, live blackjack, baccarat, and other table games. The catalog may be updated at any time, with games added or removed without prior notice, subject to provider agreements and regulatory requirements.

6.2 RTP and Randomness

All casino games available on SH77 use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent testing bodies. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the provider and can be found in the individual information for each title. The SH77 does not interfere with the outcomes of casino games.

6.3 Live Casino Sessions

Live casino games are streamed in real time from partner studios. Technical interruptions to the stream may result in the cancellation of the ongoing round and the return of active bets to affected users. The SH77 is not responsible for connectivity failures on the user's end that prevent participation in live casino rounds.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Terms

All bonuses and promotions from SH77 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The general conditions that apply to all promotions, unless otherwise stated, are:

• Each CPF and IP address is entitled to one welcome bonus only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without completing the rollover.
• Bonus balance is automatically applied to bets before real money balance, unless otherwise indicated.
• Unused bonuses that expire within their validity period are automatically cancelled without prior notice and without reimbursement.
• The SH77 may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion with 24 hours' prior notice, except in cases of detected fraud, where action may be immediate.

7.2 Rollover Requirements

The rollover — also known as the wagering requirement — is the total amount you need to bet in order to convert bonus credit into real funds available for withdrawal. The rollover multiplier is calculated on the bonus amount received, not on the deposit amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion.

For the standard sports bonus, the rollover is 5x the bonus amount, with minimum odds of 1.50 per event or per selection in combination bets. For the casino bonus, the rollover is 30x the bonus amount, with 100% contribution from slots and crash games and variable contribution (as published in the promotion) for other game types.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

The SH77 monitors the betting patterns of all users playing with bonus balances. Patterns identified as artificial — such as betting exclusively on events with a near 50% probability of a draw in order to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk — may result in the review and possible cancellation of associated bonuses. This does not apply to a user's natural betting style, but rather to patterns clearly designed to exploit bonuses in ways not intended under these Terms.

8. Responsible Gambling

The SH77 takes an active approach to responsible gambling. We believe betting should be a form of entertainment, never a source of financial or emotional hardship. To that end, we provide the following tools to all registered users:

• Deposit limits: set a maximum deposit amount per day, week or month. Once activated, the limit can only be lowered immediately; increases take effect after 7 days.
• Betting limits: set a maximum stake per individual bet or per gaming session.
• Time limit: set session time alerts and automatic breaks after a defined period of continuous use.
• Temporary break: suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without needing to provide a reason.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account. Self-exclusion is irreversible and takes effect immediately upon request.

• Operation and maintenance of the user's account.

• Compliance with regulatory and legal obligations.
• Account communications, promotions (with consent), and Terms updates.

The SH77 does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with competent authorities when required by law or court order. 10. Account Closure

10.1 Account Closure by the User

You can request closure of your account at SH77 at any time through the support channel. Prior to closure, all available real balances will be processed for withdrawal upon the user's request. Bonus balances with a pending rollover will be cancelled at the time of closure and are non-refundable.

10.2 Closure by SH77

The SH77 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in cases of: violation of these Terms and Conditions, proven or suspected fraud, bonus abuse, submission of false information, illegal activity, or compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation. In cases of closure due to suspected fraud, balances may be temporarily frozen pending the conclusion of internal investigations.

11. Limitation of Liability

The SH77 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform remains available and operational at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled or emergency maintenance windows will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

The SH77 is not liable for losses arising from: the user's internet connection failures, incorrect use of the platform, bets placed based on inaccurate information provided by the user, or force majeure events affecting platform operation. The maximum liability of the SH77 under any circumstance is limited to the available balance in the user's account at the time of the incident.
